  1. This option allows you to delete the
  2. record of a student who leaves. Before
  3. doing this it would be best to get a
  4. paper copy of the record and save a
  5. backup of the tutor file under a
  6. different name eg Rename 1LAT and 1
  7. LATUSR 1LATA and 1LATUSRA so that a
  8. copy of any important information is
  9. still on record.
